-Mandatory Zoom Sessions 6pm to 10pm: May 26, June 9, June 23, July 7, July 21, Aug 4, Aug 18, Sept 1
-Mandatory Onsite/Skill Lab Sessions 8am to 5pm: May 16, May 17, July 11, July 12
-Major Exam Proctoring Online 9am: June 13, July 25, Aug 22, Sept 5

The Emergency Medical Technician - Basic (EMT-B) Hybrid course is intended for participants who are pursuing a career in emergency care in pre-hospital and/or hospital environments.

Hybrid programs include:

  • Mandatory Zoom sessions per grading period.
  • Mandatory Skill Lab sessions at EMTS in Carrollton, Texas.
  • Online self paced learning per scheduled grading period.
The program fee includes the program textbook in e-book format. We do offer the traditional hard copy version for an additional fee. All participants are required to obtain by the start of clinicals: Stethoscope and Trauma Shears. Past participants have asked the school to sell BP cuffs and trauma shear equipment belt holsters. Participants are not required to purchase any of these items from the school. Items are available at the first class session.
