START DATE: August 11, 2025 END DATE: December 18, 2025
-Meets on Monday and Thursday evenings 6pm to 10pm FOR THE FIRST TWO WEEKS.
-Starting after Aug 21st, class will only be on Thursday evenings + the following 2 Saturdays on Oct 25th and Nov 1st from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
-Holiday/No Class: Nov 27th – no class
-On average there is 5 hours of required homework assignments per week.

The Emergency Medical Technician - Basic (EMT-B) course is intended for participants who are pursuing a career in emergency care in pre-hospital and/or hospital environments.

Covid-19 EMTS Policy
The program fee includes the program textbook in e-book format. We do offer the traditional hard copy version for an additional fee.
All participants are required to obtain by the start of clinicals: Stethoscope and Trauma Shears. Past participants have asked the school to sell BP cuffs and trauma shear equipment belt holsters. Participants are not required to purchase any of these items from the school. Items are available at the first class session.
